Ok so this is a big deal indeed. My late brother Ari’s wife appealed to the Supreme Court and won. Unanimously. Now any American citizen affected by Palestinian terror can sue the Palestinian authority in American courts. Pretty unprecedented! Wow. thehill.com/homenews/53606…

IRONY ALERT: Per Rep. Darrell Issa, CJ Roberts OPPOSES a "free PACER" bill — "the Chief Justice chews me out every time we talk about it," Issa said today youtube.com/live/OL7LKTCwf… — & yet, it was under Roberts' watch that #SCOTUS started posting all its records online & at no cost.

NEW numbers from Judge Salas: 408 threats against judges this year youtube.com/live/WAEMXKfLk…. "We're going to break records, people, and not in a good way," she added moments ago. (Is that "serious/investigated threats" & does "year" = fiscal or calendar? Working to clarify.)

Would you look at that — a commonsense, bipartisan measure to rein in an unfortunate #SCOTUS ruling (the “tips are not bribes” one from last year). It can be done! TY to Rep. Dan Goldman & Congressman Juan Ciscomani.
