Fighting Dirty They also don‘t oppose rubber crumb leachate (microplastics) entering waterways from artificial turf pitch runoff despite a 2009 quality protocol advising to treat it like sewage. The fact that children are playing on these ‘sewage’ & PFAS pitches all over UK is another matter!
