FBF Absolutely. This is the real scandal. In the past 25 yrs what should be a workable, society model for housing in Eng & Wales' city centres & urban areas, became a cesspit of opportunistic, scamming income streams to the benefit of many, except those paying & living in the props.

If freeholders were called LANDLORDS, which they are, then people would better understand #leasehold and probably wouldn’t have gone anywhere near it. The law would also apply better to regulating them as well. Freeholders are Landlords
