Example 1. SoR advocates have always advocated for ‘The Big Five’ not just phonics.

There is no 'andragogy' that is distinct from pedagogy. Prior knowledge is the thing to ascertain, not age or even years of service. An important aspect of adult learning is many have experienced so much bad PD that they need some convincing. Again, not that different than kids!
