I'm getting increasingly convinced that we should be creating algorithms instead of directly designing things as much as possible. If we're not able to design a chair, what tells us that we can design organizations, laws, educational curricula, health systems?

Should note taking/knowledge mgmnt tools also have a function to forget and unlearn things?

I hope that one day, I get to work in a company where there’s zero meetings to coordinate work, make decisions, give updates, or “align”. If there’s something on the calendar, it’s a customer interview or 1:1 coaching / co-creation sessions. That would be bliss.
