In your practice, for patients with MI + EF >50%, what do you do with beta blockers (BB) now?

🔺There is no high-quality evidence to support use of #BetaBlockers in #HFpEF ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
🔺In absence of other indications, consider withdrawing BBs from HFpEF regimen, especially in setting of #chronotropic incompetence (ie chronotropic index <0.62 during max #CPET )
