Any organisation holding unmitigated indoor events can not consider themselves inclusive or progressive. We need to and can do better. #CleanAir

Such an important message UK Health Security Agency Could you please do something similar in relation to the highly infectious #SARSCoV2 virus, which is responsible for the disease known as COVID-19? Would that be possible? It would surely be of value, particularly to those who are most vulnerable.

Someone may now not test positive for #COVID until theyโ€™ve already been feeling sick for days so serial tests over several days is now recommended. time.com/7018565/do-at-โ€ฆ

It would be easy to make adequate ventilation/filtration in public spaces mandated as in Belgium & to require masks when not possible or when with vulnerable people. In UK 25% cases from health settings. Would benefit economy, health & wellbeing. UK Govt plz do it Keir Starmer

COVID still a highly transmissible disease, impacting across healthcare, and throughout workplaces. Restricted booster eligibility is non-sensical. Use of effective masks and ventilation to protect against infection should be encouraged. No wonder NHS is broken. UK Covid-19 Inquiry

The disastrous IPC policy being quite rightly called out here. โ€˜Lives could have been savedโ€™. In 2024, we *still* donโ€™t have an NHS IPC policy mandating FFP3 masks when nursing COVID positive patients. Still surgical masks. Still inadequate. Still putting staff at risk.

Sort of mad that it needs to be said that better air quality (through ventilation and filtration) will reduce risk for healthcare workers and patients, but there you go. At least it's been officially recorded in the #CovidInquiry now.

Hospital admissions with Covid have risen a bit in recent weeks, after sharp falls from the significant summer wave. This is a bit earlier than I would have expected a rebound, given very recent return to work and education and the size of the summer wave. Not great news 1/3

Vaccines likely lower transmission, in addition to reducing infection and severe illness. New study shows Novavax and Moderna significantly reduce viral load (amount of virus) in the upper respiratory tract. academic.oup.com/jid/advance-arโ€ฆ

Amazing work from David Osborn and the team. Thank you for speaking the truth. I hope this influences how we protect healthcare workers and patients moving forwards. #CovidInquiry

Hello HabitatUK Iโ€™d like to return an item bought online via @Argos. I contacted Argos to arrange return via collection. They said they would get in touch about a collection time but not heard anything after 5 days. Can you help?
