The Queens Drive underpass is flooded (a local resident told me) *again* and the council had to fully barrier it because, I presume, drivers ignored the half barrier. How long was this closed for, and how much did it cost again? Because it clearly didn't do the job...

I think there is a real scandal brewing here. This is the state of the pavement work after one significant flood event. It's clearly not fit for purpose. Who did this work, and how much were they paid for it? Who is responsible for signing that off as good? Liam Thorp
