Always grateful for the brave public service provided by Ottawa Fire Services. I'm relieved that no one was hurt, but it's sad to hear about these residents losing their homes and being displaced.

This took place on Chesterton Drive in Ward 9. So grateful that no one was hurt, but such a devastating fire.

River Ward is doing its bit! Way to go. With that kind of development on a major transit corridor, and in such proximity to shopping, it’s great to see the low parking numbers. The private sector knows what it can sell.

That’s one happy and lucky kitty. Now down to 8 lives remaining. Thanks Ottawa Fire Services for returning it to its family!

I can think of several architects and builders that will enjoy and agree with this thread about planning controls around upper-level setbacks, i.e. apartment buildings that resemble wedding cakes.

After a tough Council meeting, it’s nice to stop at a Ward 9 community corn roast on the way home. Great to see such a great crowd out in Tanglewood, and it was cool to see the display on electric vehicles from EnviroCentre.
