100 years ago today Princess Patricia decorated our original Colour with a Wreath of Laurel, inscribed: “To the P.P.C.L.I. from the Colonel-in-Chief, PATRICIA, in recognition of their heroic services in the Great War, 1914-1918”. #PPCLI is the only Canadian unit so decorated.
