We have launched an investigation and assessment into the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions over concerns about the treatment of some disabled benefits claimants.

🔴I have been calling for an investigation into Department for Work and Pensions over the deaths of sick & disabled claimants since 2018.

I welcome today’s news that EHRC will be using the full force of its powers to investigate the discrimination of disabled people including many tragic deaths.
