Just imagine having a landlord who is willing to let this happen to his OWN property but not willing to take responsibility for the damage it has caused and now he is expecting US to pay for the repairs. Absolute disgrace 🤬

This is the damage to our basement. We told them on countless occasions that the guttering shouldn’t have been left like that but they wouldn’t change it.. Now they have made everything a thousand times worse and dangerous! 🤬
