❤️ seeing such dialogue around "getting back to normal". "Normal" sucked and left most people out in the cold while exceeding the natural limits of the closed system within which we operate. Let's build a future that includes all & benefits society & planet versus a select few.

We are always in the present, but seldom focused on it.

Take all the energy you spend on... -worrying about the past -worrying about the future -worrying about the news -worrying about what others think -worrying about if you might fail ... and channel that energy into one useful micro-action within your control. Then repeat.
