Early antibiotics help in sepsis - but a meta analysis suggests no benefit at 1 hour - benefit at 3 hours. 3 hours would give us time to think. Would help us to use less Domestos willy nilly. And really interesting results using unadjusted v adjusted data… #RCEMasc
