BadAss Offensive Line Coaches understand that a 16 year old OLineman may be terrible…and the same young man one year later may be dominant. Never give up on a young OL, especially when their body hasn’t caught up with their age. Ive seen horrible young OL become War Daddies!

In my career I’ve come to realize there are far more good coaches in our profession than good people. This man happens to be outstanding at both. Jeffery D. Earls , love you and miss you brother. Grateful for our time together.

Hamstring strains are multi-factorial & require a systematic solution. Strength measures are part of it, but so are: ☑️Post chain ROM & asymmetry ☑️Exposure to high intensity speed (>90%) & high-speed running volumes ☑️Max horiz force output ☑️Lumbopelvic control ☑️Other factors!

Heard this T.S. Eliot quote last night and I can’t get it out of my head. “YOU CANT CREATE A SYSTEM SO PREFECT THAT THAT THE PEOPLE IN IT DON’T HAVE TO BE GOOD.” Eliot probably didn’t deliver that line a a coaching clinic, but I will. ⤵️
