They just showed Carl Lewis losing it over the 4x1. Apparently when Lyles went out, rather than just replacing the anchor, they reshuffled the entire lineup. WTF?!?! That was one day ago!!!!

SMH. Passing method aside, My take is that substitutes should only be inserted on the first or fourth legs, where they only have to worry about 1 thing, rather than both passing and receiving Maybe someday we’ll figure out how to minimize the risk factors 💡 It’s not that hard
