Normally wouldn’t say much about a mile run, but today my first post-Covid run. Felt like I had a pretty decent pace trying it out. I got a little more winded than I’d like, but I’ll just keep adding a little more each day to get back to normal! #nikerunclub

Pretty excited about my nephew joining our staff. He’s gonna fit in nicely with the staff Tyler Rathke has assembled. The kids are gonna benefit greatly!

Today was Nerd Day for DUB-C STUCO Kindness Week. There were a lot of questions asked and looks given.

Watching WC Lady Bears Basketball last night was a good reminder of why Coach Schaefer has 601 wins. His staff’s ability to develop players & and get them to execute a game plan was on full display. Box-1 D on Slaughter constantly rotating who was on her was perfect. Great win for the Bears!

Jacque David was an absolute beast in the paint last night with 20 for WC Lady Bears Basketball against Grain Valley. Amanda Szopinski came up with 2 huge 3’s to key the Bears run in the third when David & Gia Moore sat with foul trouble. That spurt was the difference on the board.

Today may have been a snow day, but I was still rocking the camo for today’s DUB-C STUCO spirit day. Big thanks to my little buddy, Casen, for letting me borrow his blankie and jumping into the picture with his lightsaber. Thankfully, I still have all appendages attached.

There will be no stopping her now. 😉

Ready to start another season with WC Track and Field!

Excited to start track practice today. Getting the opportunity to coach alongside my nephew, former Jackrabbit Cross Country // Track & Field standout jumper Coach B. just makes it even more exciting! Can’t wait to see what he does with the WC Track and Field kids!
