If you have lost power in New Orleans, Entergy New Orleans will not be sending trucks until winds are below 30 MPH. They will try switching power sources where possible.

@swbno reporting high canal levels in Hollygrove, Lakeview, Gentilly, and maybe NOE. Also, the EMDs went offline and will likely prolong proper drainage.

Entergy has damage and repair crews in the field. About 50,000 customers without power. They work on restoring customers based on the number of people on a feeder. So, the greater number of people on a feeder will see restoration first and they work backwards from there.
