Yesterday I had one of the most privileged & humbling experiences Manchester Marathon even though I couldnβt run it .. I got to hand out medals to the finishers .. including my hubby .. so many emotions shared #NHS1000miles

Feeling a tad sad today that I am not able to run the #AdidasManchesterMarathon 2day π’ to all my #NHS1000miles friends who are doing Manchester Marathon see you at the finish line enjoy your victory race!
Tonight I was led astray by my #NHS1000miles buddy George Stephens RN .. it was meant to be 5k.. ended up 5 miles .. longest run both in time & distance since my knee op ! Thank you to No Limitz for the run & cake afterwards
it only takes 15 minutes to learn how to do chest compressions using the bhf.org.uk/revivr video, and anyone can use an AED (defib) you donβt need training. There are now 2 public access AEDs outside Luton Town FC
