For the second year in a row, the Giller Prize has made its way down to NYC. I couldn’t be more proud to host #BetweenthePages with the six shortlisted authors, and show this literary city what 🇨🇦 has to offer.

As Consul General, I have learned so much about the critical importance of diplomacy & what it means to represent 🇨🇦 abroad. I’m so proud of the initiatives spearheaded by the CanadaNY team to promote the 🍁 brand in NY! I put some thoughts together in this post- happy reading!

If I were to describe this mural in one word, it would be: HAPPY. This incredible piece of art symbolizes the deep connections between 🇨🇦 and 🗽, which bring so much joy to people on both sides of the border. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate our 100th year in #NYC.
