Using shoe tying to understand the need for practice, commitment and defeating self doubt. Once we do something over and over, we get better and faster at it.

The goal is at the top of the steps. Your teachers are teaching you each day to move up that staircase. They love you... and they don't have to. I don't think you give them enough credit.

Be your best self. You don't need to compete with anyone else. Do YOUR best.
