Coming up this afternoon in the National Oceanography Centre CME Programme workshop! Socratis Loucaides and Sarah Cryer talk about processing the NOC Ocean Technology and Engineering OA Kit data and the interesting differences in pH and DO at all our different stations.

The UK Hydrographic Office team are now virtually in 🇯🇲 providing the MBES continuation training. It is day 6 and participants from the Maritime Authority, National Land Agency & Defence Force are very engaged in the discussions on gathering accurate bathymetric data. Another informative day at #UNOC22, RAdm Rhett Hatcher joined the International Hydrographic Organization IHO panel session discussing how hydrography and #SeabedMapping contributes to marine spatial planning for sustainable management of the marine environment and knowledge of the world’s oceans. We are currently collaborating with MARAD Guyana to survey the approaches in Georgetown. This important work is helping to maintain high-quality hydrographic data, enabling the full potential of the marine environment to be unlocked and protected. #HydrographicSurvey
