I’m delighted Marco Amitrano has been elected to serve as PwC UK’s Senior Partner from 1 July. He is a superb leader, with the sound judgment and strength of character to drive change where it’s needed. He is the right person to take PwC forward in its next chapter.

This exhibition, at the excellent The Cromwell Museum, on the role women played during the civil wars of the 1640s sounds worthy of a visit. I am sure that, as in so many other ways, there are lessons for today from the upside down world of that period.
