CST welcomes todays sentencing of Wales-based neo-Nazi, Gareth Waite. Waite first came onto CST's radar in 2019 for sharing terrorist material and deeply antisemitic content. CST referred Waite to Counter Terrorism Policing who today was sentenced to over 9 years in prison. Read more -

On this day we remember the terrorist attack that took place outside the Houses of Parliament, Westminster, in 2018. The attacker swerved his vehicle into pedestrians, injuring three people. The attacker was convicted of trying to kill police officers and members of the public.

Victims of antisemitic incidents come from across the Jewish community: from strictly orthodox to liberal, reform and secular; from the largest Jewish communities to small, isolated communities across the UK. Every single report helps CST understand the scale of antisemitism

CST's research has secured another conviction for an antisemitic pro-Hamas extremist, Peter Kandalaft. We will keep exposing Jew-haters and we will keep working closely with Counter Terrorism Policing and Crown Prosecution Service to bring them to court and conviction.

Yesterday CST met with Secretary of State Peter Kyle and Antisemitism Policy Trust Jewish Leadership Council Board of Deputies of British Jews H.E.T. and APPG Antisemitism Chair Joani Reid MP to discuss anti-Jewish racism online and the work the department is doing to combat it.

In 2019, CST formalised its work with other communities, under SAFE: Security Advice For Everyone. SAFE has advised over 3,500 places of worship, 14,000 people, and many other organisations across the UK on how to improve their security. Follow SAFE: Security Advice for Everyone to sign up to free
