Exercise DEEP HEAT took place 6-8 Mar 23 with civilians joining us for a day of leadership development. A great event where everyone, both staff and participants learned something about themselves and their leadership style. Lowland RFCA British Army in Scotland

We finished our Army Teamwork All stop activity today - great reflections as a team and an opportunity to show appreciation for each other and recognise what makes us all feel valued. You can even spot the OTC dog (Nina) taking part!
