CMS students are visiting the Mobile Museum of Tolerance to learn about the role ordinary people played in resisting & enabling events of the Holocaust. Students left thinking about how they can take an active role in promoting tolerance & preventing hate.

Students participated in a school-wide, cross-curricular Day of Tolerance today. Discussions of genocide, being an upstander, and the downfalls of stereotypes were prevalent. #WeAreCentral

It’s the Civil War History Fair today! Students created picture books, dioramas, letters home, newspapers, Spotify playlists, & Netflix series to showcase their knowledge of the Civil War. #WeAreCentral

In celebration of Kindness week, our Comets wrote notes of positivity and posted them on our “kindness tree.” Students can leave one or take one if they need some encouragement. #WeAreCentral
