1.5 rep Table rows! Easter decorations and high chairs not mandatory. For the 1.5 reps go down half way, back up and then all the way down. That’s 1 rep. For today’s workout complete 3 sets for as many reps as possible! Try either grip to spice it up! CCCSD Athletics
