Check out Coach Bryce Szudzik, our strength and conditioning coach from Next Level Rochester, introducing our new slide boards to the LadySpartans_bball program. I love how our S&C program continues to evolve and motivate our kids. #GCPride #BuildingAChampionshipCulture

Team setting rule: If you ask me, the strength coach, "how many reps?", you're doing a slight punishment or helping with extra cleaning. (Nothing crazy I'm not a hardo) Be resourceful- First, look at your program. Second, ask a teammate.

The worst part of being a strength coach is (despite our efforts) KNOWING for a fact that the kids, especially juniors/seniors and ESPECIALLY college bound athletes who don’t come to off-season workouts will someday regret it and tell you that they wish they came more in HS.
