NHS England RCGP Barnet, Enfield and Haringey all contributed to my medical records stating that I was institutionalised, under psychiatric care, have a GBH criminal record, none of which is remotely true, but upheld by Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman who obviously think this is good care😢💔
