GP practices are facing abuse because they are the weakest link in the system & hold all the power as gatekeepers. Access is discriminatorily selective, services are minimal, & GPs are missing things, making drug errors, & poorly commicating #inequality

Perhaps if doctors did some work, rather than do everything to avoid it or didn't favour private work (money making) so much, the NHS wouldn't be bringing in unqualified people, they would feel so replaceable.

IMHO I feel all GPs should be salaried & employed by GP Federations or Trusts - they should never have been allowed to keep their assets & effectively be self governed outside the NHS from the outset (& be independent gate keepers.)
