Great to be promoting the Government Geography Profession and Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) to Environment Agency Geographers today.

Based on the SEPAFlood forecasts, on Friday we activated Disasters Charter and Copernicus EMS for flooding in Scotland. We're starting to get 🇨🇦 Canadian Space Agency radarsat imagery coming through showing the extent of the flooding in Aberfoyle.

Fellow Hydrometry teams over the border in Scotland have captured what is potentially the highest gauging in UK history today… fantastic work and this data will help to build better understanding and models of floods. Great work SEPA
