Depression and how I survive it.

Thanks for your comments. I’m not looking for sympathy and I’m aware I have it better than a lot of people. I just wanted to be honest that many of us are having a hard time with lockdown. Our freedom has gone, it can be lonely and we’re not able to be very ‘human’ 🙏

In the meantime threats of lockdown bring untold misery and fear to many who don’t understand why if positive cases are not leading to hospitalisation or death is it worth the suicides, domestic violence, livelihoods ruined. Jobs and careers shattered. Depression, anxiety?
