Middle aged men are at the highest risk of dying by suicide. Common characteristics in this age-group were physical ill-health and alcohol/drugs. Most had recent contact with services - It is simplistic to say men don’t seek help. #SuicidePrevention

Hell of a game this morning against Bedlinog Under 14s at the Wern. Bedlinog were in front for all the game, we managed to agonisingly pip them at the end scoring the last play of the game to win 12-10. A very physical match, and quite nip tuck, considering we were on a 4G pitch 🀣

This weekend we travel far, far east, (some might say west England 😜) to take on Monmouth Young Rugby. This will be the first match between us both and we look forward to locking horns with new friends. #Youngvillage 🟒⚫βšͺ

policing needs to continue to improve its use of data, analytics, and #AI the benefits for improved services for the public are there to be realised. There are some good people working on this. As others have said democratising the data for the police & public should be the aim

Well as much as I welcome the guidance as it picks up on some key issues that need resolving, I fear guidance as good as it may be sometimes gets ignored as it's hard to do! 🀞that there is change on the horizon.
