F3 Charleston 16 PAX at the Phoenix for a Tour de Charleston stop were led by D&L to enjoy the Abyss exercises, then to a few rounds with raw CMUs, and finally to a A-Hoy/A-Joy/Stairs round. All got better in the end. 💪

F3 Charleston 4 PAX at the Phoenix visited the planters for Abyss Merkins & Dips, plus a few more, then to D&L circuit: Dips A Hoy, A Joy, Derkins & stairs, a couple rounds at the block station and ended wit Burpees, Jed Wiseman (F3 Big DIF)’s favorite. 💪

Today, on my orders, the United States military conducted an operation to extract U.S. Government personnel from Khartoum in response to the situation in Sudan. I am grateful for the commitment of our Embassy staff and the skill of our service members who brought them to safety.
