Kirsty Hartsiotis 🇪🇺 Dan B ⛪🎨🐦 🇺🇦 🇦🇫 #PlanetFirst CatherineRosamundLowe Ragged Robin Posy Hill Fiona Chartres BSMGP Aleta Doran ✨ Sarah Cassell Alexandra Epps Hayward has worked the salvaged heads and figures in most imaginatively. I really appreciate this kind of work, making an entirely ne work of art from the old. His windows at Ashdown Forest use salvaged glass, but nowhere near on this scale.

John Hayward's powerful E window, based on the sacrament of baptism, at Blackburn Cathedral. It is creatively assembled from the salvaged glass of the 30 Victorian nave windows replaced by clear slab glass when the building was enlarged as a cathedral.

Some of the finest glass in the county, dating from the late C15, includes this portrayal of St Michael weighing souls, with an impish-looking devil attempting to pervert the course of justice. BSMGP
