This challenge is to pass the ball into a bucket, but you can use any other object to pass the ball into. Bend your elbows and push your hands through to the target. Unlike me, try get the ball to stay in!

Have a partner stand still like a scarecrow and start on their back, trying to climb right around them without falling. The partner has to stay still, and cant move!

Today we have a skills challenge called 2 ball. It's quite confusing so start slow and throw the ball higher but for a challenge flick the ball up quite low! Any ball can be used for this!

โ€ข 20 times round your stomach
โ€ข 20 times between your legs in a figure of 8
