With the new Cherry Street bikelane opening, it makes sense to build the 250 metre pedestrian-cycling bridge to the islands. The new bike lanes go to the bridge location I proposed!

We could bike to the islands in less time than it takes to wait for a ferry!

I'm happy we're adding library hours.

However, right now we need to seriously address that the Toronto Public Library system has been down for months since the cyber attack and it's nearly impossible to find a book you're looking for. We rely on this city service.

Where are the newly promised traffic wardens on King Street?

We really need them today. The King streetcar is stuck in the middle of University. Cars can't go south through the intersection and the rest of the streetcars are stuck behind or diverting.

There was no reason for Toronto City Council to suddenly cap the # of Uber/Lyft licenses without notice.

The City's objective was to reduce emissions but the reality is that rideshare enables many Torontonians (like me) to not own a car. The TTC is often unreliable.

The Federal govt offered to open armories for a month AND pay $5M to turn Better Living Center into a shelter.

A Toronto Jewish Community Center is not the place to protest the war.

The JCC is literally a daycare, school and gym. It's one of the few Jewish spots downtown.

Jewish people deserve to feel safe in Toronto.

Harassing Jewish businesses is blatant anti-semitism.

And it's happening in downtown Toronto. In my ward.

This needs to be called out.

I ate at Cafe Landwer last week (and had the best rozalach!) and I will continue to proudly frequent Jewish establishments.
