Yesterday at 7am, I was supposed to board an Air France flight from Paris to Copenhagen. Once inside the aircraft, it experienced technical issues that prevented takeoff. We were kept onboard for nearly 3 hours.

I managed to stay calm until now, but enough is enough. I never thought I would experience such a level of incompetence and disorganization. Count on me Air France @airfrancefr to never fly with you again and to make sure people know exactly what kind of service you provide.
