AH es una niña ex prematura de 31 semanas con estancia en neonatología de 5 semanas. Nació con un tumor de 3 cm en la nalga izquierda que no ha aumentado de tamaño. Tenía sangrado intermitente en el sitio. Ahora tiene 3 años y está aquí para la resección.

Urothelial carcinoma in-situ (CIS) can be challenging to identify when cells have abundant cytoplasm. In this case of malignant cells spread into cystitis cystica, the sharp contrast with background benign normal urothelial cells is helpful. #gupath
