Nope. This is not how we should handle alleged abuse of CHILDREN. Why would my child’s school, for example, place an alleged abuser on suspension, but I should expect my kid’s gymnastics coach to only get “education”? Stop enabling, it’s not a good look. #overit

Abusive coaches are quite clever in an evil way. It’s an impressive web of manipulation. It’s not them, it's you. Convince & manipulate EVERYONE if an athlete complains, it’s b/c of their own issues. It's calculated & it's intentional. There is no better example than this...

Coaches (you know who you are): you still supporting Geddert? I’ve seen your posts over the last couple years supporting this monster - solid in your convictions. Angry at even the accusation. Where are you now? Realized you’re part of the problem yet or you still blaming others?

In the last 4 years, I normalized psychologically abusive coaching. In return, I witnessed my teammates starve, leave our school, and/or seriously injure at an alarming rate. I am done being silent. I have no tolerance for NCAA coaches who treat female athletes as disposable.

What in the actual...?! I’m going to just say it: the Karolyis were one of the worst things to happen to US Gymnastics in terms of their abuse and culture. Abuse NEVER is justified by results. Period.

You gotta wonder who must be implicated in this investigation for there to be such a miscarriage of justice at every single level of law enforcement….

And slowly others are starting to piece together the puzzle……sadly, it’s much too late.
