Hon’able IHC has directed the Gov to remove many names from the ECL. Despite those directions, I haven’t received any formal confirmation of my clients name being removed from ECL. Will file contempt petition next week. Unfortunately, seems like Khawaja Saad Rafique was misinformed.

Don’t disagree with the need to “build on this” aspect of your statement, but please know that majority of the people, placed on ECL, had secured directions from Honourable High Courts for removal of their respective names from this infamous list.
