I think we kind of simplify the idea of God, but this is a being that we simply cannot fathom, beyond our perception of reality. The very entity that brought everything into existence, I also don't think science disproves God's existence.

Every thought you've ever had, has probably been thought of by someone else before. You may have simply just tapped into the already existing frequency of that one idea, out of the infinite signals in the ether.

I think Japanese culture is just fascinating in regard to their longevity and approach to living life happily. Their diet, exercise, habits, close-knit communities, and the idea of Ikigai✨️

I don't think Stoicism is about blocking out your emotions and brooding. I think it's actually about being happy no matter what situation you're in. Controlling what you can and accepting what you can't.

Be childish, i.e., curious, confident, creative, a fast learner, a bundle of joy and unabashedly you.

Talk to yourself out loud (Maybe not in front of other people though). I think it helps practice effective speech, think things out clearly and sharpen your ability to convert thoughts into words in a safe environment 👌🏾

So January is basically over, 2025 seems interesting, to say the least. Make sure you do stuff, this year's already chugging away #poetsthoughts
