Walked into Dunkin' Canton CT for a coffee and walked out to a CVS Pharmacy to buy burn gel. Manager wrote incident report, photographed my red burned hands, remade my WRONG Drink. Now owner is dumping responsibility onto his insurance co. who are mishandling everything.

Upset with the owner and insurance company of the Dunkin' in Canton CT. Their owner Marc Koss played me to think he cared about my burned hands at his shop but did NOTHING for me. Made excuses and dumped it on his insurance co.

Dunkin' in Canton Ct. owned by Great American Donut has blown me off, a customer who got burned by a hot coffee I didn’t order. Threw me to their insurance company who (of course) will not admit fault. Owner Marc Koss is doing same. Basically blowing me off.
