Got burned at a Dunkin'. They got my drink wrong, lid came off easily& burned both hands. After 5 weeks of their ins. co. stalling, they claim they have no proof that I ordered it with milk. I never drink HOT coffee. They want me to go away. That’s why they stall. I won’t.

Did you know? If you walk into a Dunkin', order a coffee w/ milk, but get a boiling hot drink instead, burning both hands, it’s still your fault? That’s right. They say the lid was on. I believe the Canton Ct. Dunkin is still culpable. They got my drink wrong and burned me!

Walked into Dunkin' Canton CT for a coffee and walked out to a CVS Pharmacy to buy burn gel. Manager wrote incident report, photographed my red burned hands, remade my WRONG Drink. Now owner is dumping responsibility onto his insurance co. who are mishandling everything.

Spending my money at Starbucks instead of Dunkin' after I got burned in their store, with hands, caused nerve damage, and they all blew me off, shrugging me off to their insurance company, who is OBVIOUSLY siding with the owner! No Surprise there.

What's wrong Dunkin' is that they don't care if people get burned in their restaurants in Canton CT. I got burned, their franchisee Marc is now ignoring me. What if we ignored them and started going to Starbucks instead?
