I can confirm that arguments between Barratt and E&M are still ongoing at our site Lee Rowley.

The Times and The Sunday Times piece today reveals Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities isn't including un-remeditated buildings like ours in their reporting.

We have several with ACM cladding, including one over 18m.

The building insurance market is broken, the building safety act is a mess and leasehold needs to be reformed.

Leaseholders have been calling the above out for years, all 3 are driving service charges up.

Tactical solutions won’t work. Fix the root causes.
