Words more of us need to say more often rather than navigating our way through conversations trying to say something just so that it looks as if we also do know something. Will admit, I do this often.

Will definitely try to say this instead now.

I think the reason this book had such a profound impact on me is because it talks about questions that I have been struggling with for years, maybe decades. And it helped me by sharing different ways to find answers to those questions or sharing answers that clicked with me.

'This is my moment to sing the aria. I don't want to, I don't want this chance, but it's here now and what am I going to do about it? Am I going to rise to the occasion?'

What training or education do you have that enables you to listen to another human being from that individual's own frame of reference.

This is why I believe one must read books and not waste time in quotations and wise widomy words on FB and Insta and Twitter.

To internalise ideas, you need to engage with them, connect with them and that takes time.
