After a long day full of information (& stress!), I’ve passed my Pre-Hospital Intermediate Care in Sport course 🙌🎉Safe to say we never want to be in a situation needing to use some of it on the pitch but at least I now have the skills to be able to 🩺⚽️

So it looks like I’m off to volunteer at the 2022 Commonwealth Games & even better it’s back in the city I started my physio career!! So excited for an amazing opportunity Birmingham 2022
