I will truly feel like a successful adult if, one day in the future, I stop calculating the cost of the DC toll roads in cost per minute. I then will no longer need to decide whether of not one minute of my time is worth $1.15. #grownup #dreams

I’ve struggled with private equity investments in primary care. We need more funding and more attention- but private equity comes with more strings, some of which aren’t transparent. Read more about private equity and commercial ventures into PC here! healthaffairs.org/content/forefr…

At 9:59am today, I met a 6 month old grandbaby of my patient. He wanted to share joy with me. At 9:59 23 years ago, the second tower fell. I hope all of the people who watched is from Heaven enjoyed the smiles and laughs that still exist here on earth. We remembered you.
