As we follow situation in Zimbabwe, critical to reiterate African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights view that actions of states even in fighting COVID-19 s’d comply with principles of legality, necessity&proportionality, thus no basis 4 arbitrary deprivation of liberty or life, inhumane treatment or torture.

Sega, whoever told u most of this stuff clearly misled u. Pls, try not to lend yourself to silly spin that u can easily disprove with minimal #duediligence. Good morning.

It wld be easy to demonstrate this but there are things I'd rather not say on this medium merely to score debating points. As I said, minimal #duediligence will show u that u have bn sold spin. These guys have approached a few more ppl with same goods since the Peoples Gazette story

Our attention has been drawn to a misleading live radio program by one Dr. Philip Njemanze, on @ZandersFmOwerri where he stated thus; 1. The VAPP bill was sponsored by the western country, 2. Former President (Goodluck Jonathan) was forced to sign the bill into an ACT in 2015,

3. He alleged that some federal legislatures were given monies in US dollars to ensure the passage of this bill. 4.He also opined that the bill (VAPP BILL) which IMO state house of Assembly wants to domesticate is against the "PRO-LIFE",

which according to him, is against the Bible, as the bill does not seek to protect the unborn babies which are more vulnerable. 5.He also asserted that the bill is an offshoot of the MAPUTO PROTOCOL, which many people do not understand its entirety.

He has therefore asked that; Imolites Write their petition against the VAPP BILL and submit same to IMHA from now till 19th October, 2020.
