Great to have ADF Officers Lt Low and Lt Kearney visit today to meet with our hardworking defence team. The two will be the first from the ADF to study at Fiji’s Officers Training Centre – another milestone for the Vuvale Partnership. Grateful to @FijianGovt for this opportunity.

Great to see our Defence Attaché COL Haestch join OTC Commandant LTC Kumar to open the upgraded facilities at the Officers Training Centre today. Next week the two ADF officers will begin their study at the OTC alongside their RFMF counterparts. No pressure.

CLF (Col) Manoa Gadai this morning opened the 1/20 Infantry Captains Course at the OTC in Vatuwaqa. The course that is funded by the Australian Army also features two (2) 8th/9th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment Officers who will learn alongside their RFMF counterparts. #Vuvalepartnership

#BrisbanesOwn celebrates its 47th birthday today. The year has seen the unit continue to work closely with the @Rfmf_Media, support Op Bush Fire and COVID-19 Assist, the arrival of John ‘Stan’ MacArthur VIII and his better-half Elizabeth ‘Lizzie”, and ongoing training.

We recently added an ‘Honour Board’ to the RAM’s Retreat. The board highlights the achievements of a handful of our former members and was made possible by the generosity of the RAR Foundation. rarfoundation.org.au
